HPCL Officers Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

HPCL Officers Recruitment 2026 में उम्मीदवारों का चयन कई चरणों के माध्यम से किया जाएगा। अलग-अलग पदों के अनुसार चयन प्रक्रिया में Computer Based Test (CBT), Written Test, Typing Test, Group Task, Skill Test, Psychometric Assessment, Personal/Technical Interview, Moot Court और Physical Fitness Efficiency Test शामिल हो सकते हैं।

1. Computer Based Test (CBT)

इस भर्ती में सबसे पहले Computer Based Test (CBT) आयोजित किया जाएगा। यह परीक्षा मुख्य रूप से Objective Type Questions पर आधारित होगी। हालांकि HR Legal Officer जैसे कुछ पदों के लिए इसमें Subjective Questions भी शामिल हो सकते हैं।

CBT Exam Pattern दो भागों में होगा:

Part-1 : General Aptitude

इस भाग में उम्मीदवारों से निम्न विषयों से प्रश्न पूछे जाएंगे:

• English Language

• Quantitative Aptitude

• Logical Reasoning

• Data Interpretation

Part-2 : Technical / Professional Knowledge

इस भाग में उम्मीदवार की शैक्षणिक योग्यता या संबंधित विषय के आधार पर तकनीकी / प्रोफेशनल प्रश्न पूछे जाएंगे।

CBT Exam Date

CBT परीक्षा संभावित रूप से 3 मई 2026 को आयोजित की जा सकती है। हालांकि HPCL आवश्यकता पड़ने पर परीक्षा की तारीख में बदलाव भी कर सकता है।

Syllabus

परीक्षा का सिलेबस HPCL की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट के Careers Page पर उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा। यह सिलेबस केवल मार्गदर्शन के लिए होगा और पूरी तरह सीमित नहीं होगा।

2. Document Upload & Shortlisting

CBT में मेरिट के आधार पर चयनित उम्मीदवारों को जरूरी दस्तावेज अपलोड करने के लिए कहा जाएगा।

3. Group Task / Personal Interview

आवेदन और दस्तावेजों की जांच के बाद शॉर्टलिस्ट किए गए उम्मीदवारों को Group Task और/या Personal Interview के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।

4. Document Verification

Personal Interview से पहले उम्मीदवारों के सभी दस्तावेजों का सत्यापन (Document Verification) किया जाएगा।

5. Psychometric Assessment

कुछ पदों के लिए उम्मीदवारों को Psychometric Assessment Test भी देना पड़ सकता है, जो Group Task या Interview से पहले या बाद में आयोजित किया जा सकता है।

6. Minimum Qualifying Marks

उम्मीदवारों को चयन प्रक्रिया के प्रत्येक चरण जैसे CBT, Group Task और Personal Interview में न्यूनतम योग्यता अंक प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य होगा।

7. Final Merit List

सभी चरणों में सफल उम्मीदवारों की Category और Discipline के अनुसार Final Merit List तैयार की जाएगी।

8. Final Joining

अंतिम रूप से चयनित उम्मीदवारों को Offer of Appointment में दी गई Joining Date के अनुसार HPCL में जॉइन करना होगा।

 

HPCL Officers Recruitment 2026 – General Information / Instructions

• इस भर्ती के लिए केवल भारतीय नागरिक (Indian Nationals) ही आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

• उम्मीदवार की आयु, योग्यता और अनुभव की गणना 25 मार्च 2026 (ऑनलाइन आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि) के आधार पर की जाएगी।

• सभी शैक्षणिक योग्यता AICTE Approved या UGC Recognized University / Deemed University से Full-Time Regular Course के रूप में होनी चाहिए।

• किसी शैक्षणिक संस्थान में Teaching या Research Experience को इस भर्ती में प्रासंगिक कार्य अनुभव (Relevant Work Experience) नहीं माना जाएगा।

• जो उम्मीदवार पहले से HPCL में कार्यरत हैं, वे Lateral Positions (जहाँ अनुभव आवश्यक है) के लिए आवेदन नहीं कर सकते।

• चयनित उम्मीदवारों को Joining Date से 1 वर्ष की Probation Period पर रखा जाएगा।

• चयनित उम्मीदवारों को कम से कम 3 वर्ष तक HPCL में सेवा देने के लिए Service Bond साइन करना होगा।

  • General Category: ₹3,00,000

  • EWS / OBC (NCL) / SC / ST / PwBD: ₹50,000

• जिन पदों का Pay Scale ₹30,000–₹1,20,000 या ₹40,000–₹1,40,000 है, उनमें Probation के पहले 12 महीनों तक ₹5,000 प्रति माह Retention Amount काटा जाएगा।

• जिन पदों का Pay Scale ₹50,000–₹1,60,000 से ₹90,000–₹2,40,000 है, उनमें पहले 12 महीनों तक ₹8,000 प्रति माह Retention Amount काटा जाएगा।

• नियुक्ति तभी होगी जब उम्मीदवार कंपनी द्वारा निर्धारित Medical Standards के अनुसार पूरी तरह फिट पाए जाएंगे।

• कुछ पदों के लिए उम्मीदवारों को Physical Fitness Efficiency Test (PFET) भी पास करना होगा, जिसमें शामिल हैं:

  • Working at Height Test

  • Endurance Test

  • Agility Test

• कंपनी की जरूरत के अनुसार चयनित उम्मीदवारों को भारत के किसी भी स्थान या विदेश में भी पोस्टिंग दी जा सकती है।

• आवेदन करने वाले उम्मीदवार की अधिकतम आयु सीमा सभी छूट (Age Relaxation) सहित 56 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए।

• किसी भी विवाद की स्थिति में न्यायिक क्षेत्र (Court of Jurisdiction) मुंबई होगा।

• भर्ती से संबंधित किसी भी प्रकार का Corrigendum या Update केवल HPCL की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर ही जारी किया जाएगा।

• HPCL भर्ती 2026 के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन 25 फरवरी 2026 दोपहर 1:00 बजे से शुरू होकर 25 मार्च 2026 रात 11:59 बजे तक स्वीकार किए जाएंगे।

• उम्मीदवारों को केवल HPCL की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर जाकर आवेदन करना होगा:
