Delhi IPHL Recruitment 2026: 116 पदों पर सीधी भर्ती, कोई Written Exam नहीं, Salary Rs 85,050 तक

Delhi State Health Mission (DSHM) ने Advertisement No. 3-2026 जारी किया है. इसके तहत Delhi IPHL Recruitment 2026 में कुल 116 पदों पर भर्ती होगी. इन पदों में Pathologist, Microbiologist, Biochemist और Lab Technician शामिल हैं. यह सभी पद Pradhan Mantri Ayushman Bharat Health Infrastructure Mission यानी PM-ABHIM के तहत contractual basis पर भरे जाएंगे.

Online registration पहले से शुरू हो चुकी है और इसकी last date 17 April 2026 शाम 5 बजे है. इस भर्ती में कोई written exam नहीं है. Selection सिर्फ document verification और interview के आधार पर होगा.

IPHL क्या है और यह Recruitment क्यों Important है

Integrated Public Health Laboratories यानी IPHL, PM-ABHIM का एक जरूरी हिस्सा हैं. PM-ABHIM को भारत सरकार ने 2021-22 के Union Budget में launch किया था. इस पूरी scheme का कुल financial outlay Rs 64,180 crore है. इसमें से Rs 33,081.82 crore पहले ही states और union territories को 2021-22 से 2025-26 के बीच implement करने के लिए approve हो चुका है.

पूरे देश में इस mission के तहत 730 Integrated Public Health Labs बनाई जा रही हैं. इनका मकसद disease detection, diagnostic testing और public health surveillance को मजबूत करना है.

Lab Technician post पर सबसे ज्यादा 100 vacancies हैं जो कि total का 86% हिस्सा है. इस post में reservation सबसे wide है जिसमें SC के लिए 15, ST के लिए 7, OBC के लिए 27 और EWS के लिए 10 seats हैं. अगर आप reserved category से हैं और आपके पास B.Sc. Eligibility Criteria: Post-Wise Qualification, Age Limit और Salary

इस recruitment में हर post की qualification requirement अलग है. Form भरने से पहले अपने target post का section ध्यान से पढ़ें. Eligibility पूरी नहीं होने पर document verification stage पर rejection होगी.

1. Pathologist (Post Code: PMABHIM/P/APR26)

Pathologist post के लिए candidate के पास किसी recognized institution से MBBS degree होना जरूरी है. MBBS के साथ साथ संबंधित specialty में Post Graduate Degree या Post Graduate Diploma भी होनी चाहिए. इसके अलावा candidate का Delhi Medical Council में registration होना अनिवार्य है.

Experience की बात करें तो यह compulsory नहीं है लेकिन interview में advantage जरूर देता है. PG Degree वाले candidates के लिए 3 साल का post-qualification experience desirable है. PG Diploma वाले candidates के लिए 5 साल का experience desirable माना गया है.

इस post के लिए upper age limit 45 साल है जो 17 April 2026 की date पर calculate होगी. Monthly consolidated remuneration Rs 85,050 है.

2. Microbiologist (Post Code: PMABHIM/M/APR26)

Microbiologist post के लिए तीन अलग qualification pathways हैं. Candidate को इनमें से कोई एक पूरा करना होगा.

Option A -> उन candidates के लिए है जिनके पास Microbiology में Ph.D. है और साथ में Bacteriology में 2 साल का work experience है. जिन candidates ने Ph.D. के दौरान Mycobacteriology में काम किया है उन्हें experience requirement में relaxation मिल सकती है.

Option B -> उन candidates के लिए है जिनके पास M.Sc. in Microbiology या Biotechnology है और साथ में Bacteriology में 4 साल का work experience है. यह experience post-qualification होना चाहिए और bacterial diagnostic field से related होना चाहिए.

Option C -> उन candidates के लिए है जिनके पास MD in Microbiology है. इन candidates का Delhi Medical Council में registration होना जरूरी है. MD holders के लिए कोई additional experience requirement नहीं है.

Age limit इस post के लिए 45 साल है. लेकिन retired government servants 64 साल तक apply कर सकते हैं. यह special provision सिर्फ Microbiologist post के लिए है और बाकी तीन posts में यह सुविधा नहीं है. Monthly salary Ph.D. और M.Sc. holders के लिए Rs 50,000 है और MD Microbiology holders के लिए Rs 85,050 है.

3. Biochemist (Post Code: PMABHIM/B/APR26)

Biochemist post के लिए MBBS degree के साथ संबंधित specialty में Post Graduate Degree या Post Graduate Diploma होनी चाहिए. Delhi Medical Council में registration भी mandatory है. Experience की requirement Pathologist जैसी ही है यानी PG Degree के बाद 3 साल और PG Diploma के बाद 5 साल का experience desirable है.

Upper age limit 45 साल है. Monthly consolidated remuneration Rs 85,050 है जो Pathologist के बराबर है.

4. Lab Technician (Post Code: PMABHIM/L/APR26)

Lab Technician post इस recruitment में सबसे accessible है और इसमें 100 vacancies हैं. इस post के लिए दो qualification routes हैं.

Option A -> में B.Sc. in Medical Lab Technology (MLT) degree किसी recognized university से होनी चाहिए. अगर यह degree है तो कोई extra experience जरूरी नहीं है.

Option B -> में Matriculation, Higher Secondary या Senior Secondary Science subjects के साथ pass होनी चाहिए. इसके साथ किसी recognized institution से Medical Laboratory Technology में Diploma होना जरूरी है. Diploma के साथ Lab Assistant के रूप में 3 साल का experience भी होना चाहिए. तीनों चीजें एक साथ होंगी तभी यह route valid होगा.

Age limit इस post के लिए सिर्फ 25 साल है जो बाकी posts से काफी कम है. Monthly consolidated remuneration Rs 30,240 है.

यह salary contractual basis पर दी जाती है. इसमें कोई HRA, TA या DA अलग से नहीं मिलती. यह consolidated pay है यानी यही total monthly amount है. Contract को extend करने का निर्णय Government of India की approval और annual performance evaluation के आधार पर होगा. Joining के बाद 3 महीने की probation period भी होती है.

Selection Process: कैसे होगा Final Selection

इस recruitment की सबसे बड़ी खासियत यह है कि कोई written exam नहीं है. Selection process तीन stages में होता है और हर stage को pass करना जरूरी है.

Stage 1: Online Registration में candidates को 17 April 2026 तक official DSHM portal पर register करना है. Registration के बाद Online Registration Acknowledgement Slip download और print करनी होगी. यह slip interview में entry के लिए mandatory document है. Slip के बिना आपको interview room में entry नहीं मिलेगी.

1. कई candidates इन गलतियों की वजह से अपनी application खराब कर लेते हैं. पहली गलती यह है कि candidates last date का इंतजार करते हैं. Website पर last minute में heavy traffic आता है जिससे technical errors हो सकते हैं. आज ही register करें.
2. दूसरी गलती यह है कि candidates fake या third-party websites पर form fill कर देते हैं. हमेशा सिर्फ dshm.delhi.gov.in पर ही apply करें.
