SBI Apprentice Notification 2026: देश के सबसे बड़े Bank में Entry का सबसे आसान रास्ता : 7150 Seats, Apply करें 8 June से पहले

हर साल लाखों graduates एक सवाल के साथ जूझते हैं “experience नहीं है तो job कैसे मिलेगी, और job नहीं है तो experience कहाँ से आएगा?” SBI Apprentice Recruitment 2026 इसी deadlock को तोड़ने का मौका है. State Bank of India ने 19 मई 2026 को official notification (Advertisement No. CRPD/APPR/2026-27/07) जारी करते हुए पूरे देश में 7,150 Apprentice seats announce की हैं.

यह कोई छोटा-मोटा recruitment नहीं है यह India के largest public sector bank में एक साल तक real banking operations सीखने का structured मौका है, जिसमें हर महीने ₹15,000 stipend भी मिलता है. Application window सिर्फ 19 मई से 8 जून 2026 तक खुली है यानी आपके पास सोचने का नहीं, action लेने का वक्त है.

यह recruitment Apprenticeship Act, 1961 के तहत की जा रही है. इसका मतलब यह है कि यह एक training-based engagement है, permanent job नहीं लेकिन जो candidates इसे seriously लेते हैं, उनके लिए यह future banking career की सबसे मजबूत नींव साबित होती है.

Eligibility – Apply करने से पहले यह ज़रूर जाँचें

SBI ने इस recruitment के लिए eligibility criteria बहुत clearly define किए हैं. एक भी condition miss करने पर application reject हो सकती है.

Educational Qualification:

किसी भी recognized university या institute से किसी भी discipline में graduation complete होनी चाहिए. यह degree 1 April 2026 तक हासिल होनी चाहिए. अगर आपका result अभी तक नहीं आया है, तो आप eligible नहीं हैं.

Age Limit (as on 01 April 2026):

Minimum age 20 साल और maximum age 28 साल है. इसका मतलब आपकी जन्म तिथि 2 April 1998 से 1 April 2006 के बीच होनी चाहिए दोनों dates inclusive हैं.

Age Relaxation:

Reserved categories को Government of India के नियमों के अनुसार upper age limit में छूट दी जाएगी:

• SC/ST candidates: 5 साल की relaxation
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 साल की relaxation
• General (PwBD): 10 साल की relaxation
• OBC (PwBD): 13 साल की relaxation
• SC/ST (PwBD): 15 साल की relaxation
• Ex-Servicemen (5 साल military service के बाद): 5 साल की relaxation

Local Language Proficiency:

जिस state के लिए apply कर रहे हैं, उस state की official language में आपको reading, writing, speaking और understanding चारों skills में proficient होना ज़रूरी है. यह सिर्फ formality नहीं है, इसका अलग test होता है.

यह 6 Conditions आपकी Application को Reject करवा सकती हैं

SBI ने notification में कुछ ऐसी disqualifying conditions mention की हैं जिन्हें candidates अक्सर overlook कर देते हैं और बाद में regret करते हैं:

1. अगर आप पहले किसी भी organization में apprenticeship training complete कर चुके हैं, तो आप इस recruitment के लिए eligible नहीं हैं.
2. Graduation के बाद अगर आपको एक साल या उससे ज़्यादा का job experience है, तो apply करना बेकार है आप disqualify होंगे.
3. एक candidate सिर्फ एक ही state के लिए apply कर सकता है. दो states में apply करने पर दोनों applications cancel हो सकती हैं.
4. इस recruitment में Ex-Servicemen के लिए कोई reservation नहीं है हालांकि age relaxation applicable है.
5. एक candidate इस entire engagement project में सिर्फ एक बार exam दे सकता है.
6. Apprenticeship complete होने के बाद SBI की कोई legal obligation नहीं है कि वह आपको permanent employment offer करे.

7150 Vacancies – किस State को कितनी Seats मिलीं?

इस recruitment में vacancies पूरे India में distribute की गई हैं. SC, ST, OBC, EWS और UR सभी categories के लिए state-wise seats announce की गई हैं.

Andhra Pradesh इस बार सबसे ज़्यादा 709 vacancies के साथ top पर है. Uttar Pradesh दूसरे नंबर पर है जहाँ 561 seats हैं. अगर आप UP से हैं, तो Lucknow (32), Ayodhya (35), Gonda (35), Jhansi (24), Agra (16) जैसे districts में seats available हैं और आप application में तीन preferred districts choose कर सकते हैं.

Online Exam Pattern : 60 Minutes में 100 Questions का सामना

SBI Apprentice 2026 का written exam Computer-Based होगा. यह objective type test है जिसमें कुल 100 questions होंगे, maximum 100 marks होंगे और total duration 60 minutes होगी.

Negative Marking का Rule:

हर गलत answer पर उस question के marks का 1/4 हिस्सा काटा जाएगा. यानी अगर आपने किसी 1 mark के question का गलत जवाब दिया, तो 0.25 marks deduct होंगे. अगर कोई question blank छोड़ा, तो कोई penalty नहीं होगी. इसलिए strategy यह होनी चाहिए जो नहीं पता, उसे blank छोड़ें, guess मत करें.

Language Options:

General English section को छोड़कर बाकी सभी sections 13 regional languages में available होंगे Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Oriya, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu और Urdu के साथ-साथ English और Hindi में भी. Uttar Pradesh के candidates के लिए exam medium English, Hindi और Urdu में होगा.

Selection Process: तीन Stages में होगा Final Selection

SBI Apprentice 2026 में selection एक-दो नहीं, बल्कि तीन stages से गुज़रकर होता है. हर stage qualify करना ज़रूरी है:

Stage 1 : Online Written Test:

पहले Computer-Based Examination qualify करना होगा. इसी के basis पर merit list बनेगी और shortlisted candidates को अगले stage के लिए बुलाया जाएगा. Merit list state-wise और category-wise अलग-अलग बनेगी.

Stage 2 : Local Language Test:

Online exam qualify करने के बाद candidates को उस state की local language test देनी होगी जिसके लिए उन्होंने apply किया है. यह test reading, writing, speaking और understanding चारों aspects को cover करता है. जो candidates Class 10 या 12 में वह specified language पढ़ चुके हैं, उन्हें इस test से exemption मिलती है बशर्ते वे अपना marksheet/certificate submit करें. जो इस test में fail होंगे, उन्हें apprentice के तौर पर engage नहीं किया जाएगा.

Stage 3 : Medical Examination:

Final engagement से पहले medical fitness declaration ज़रूरी है. Bank के standards के according medically fit पाए जाने पर ही final selection confirm होगा.

Application Fee – किसे कितना देना होगा?

• General/OBC/EWS Candidates: ₹300 (non-refundable)
• SC/ST/PwBD Candidates: कोई fee नहीं

Payment online mode में Credit Card, Debit Card या Net Banking के ज़रिए होगी. एक बार fee submit होने के बाद किसी भी condition में refund नहीं मिलेगा.

Apply Online कैसे करें : Step-by-Step Guide

SBI Apprentice 2026 के लिए apply करने का process थोड़ा multi-step है. NAPS portal पर पहले registration ज़रूरी है, इसलिए last minute पर rush मत करें:

1. NAPS Registration पहले करें: apprenticeshipindia.org पर जाकर अपना account बनाएं यह mandatory pre-step है, बिना इसके SBI portal पर application नहीं होगी.
2. SBI Careers Page पर जाएं: sbi.co.in/web/careers/ open करें और “Current Openings” में जाएं.
3. Notification Link Select करें: “ENGAGEMENT OF APPRENTICES UNDER THE APPRENTICES ACT, 1961” पर click करें और “Apply Online” चुनें.
4. New Registration करें: Page के top-right corner पर “New Registration” पर click करके basic details fill करें नाम, mobile number, email ID, address.
5. Documents Upload करें: Scanned photograph, signature और handwritten declaration required format में upload करें. Thumb impression भी upload करनी होगी.
6. Academic Details Fill करें: Graduation details, passing year, university का नाम और अन्य academic information accurately भरें.
7. Preferred Districts Choose करें: अपने state के अंदर maximum तीन preferred posting districts select करें. ध्यान रहे final allotment SBI की administrative requirements पर depend करता है.
8. Fee Pay करें और Submit करें: Application preview carefully check करने के बाद online payment करें और final “Submit” button दबाएं.

Apply करने के बाद application का printout ज़रूर लें Last date to print application 23 June 2026 है.

Stipend और Training Benefits : सिर्फ पैसा नहीं, Experience भी

SBI Apprentice का stipend structure बेहद simple है:

• Monthly Stipend: ₹15,000
• Annual Earning: ₹1.8 Lakh
• DA/HRA: नहीं मिलेगा
• PF Contribution: नहीं होगा
• Other Allowances: कोई नहीं

Numbers देखकर disappointed मत होइए. जो candidates banking exams जैसे IBPS PO, SBI PO या RRB PO की तैयारी कर रहे हैं, उनके लिए SBI के अंदर एक साल काम करना एक living classroom है. Deposits कैसे process होते हैं, loan files कैसे handle होती हैं, customer queries कैसे resolve की जाती हैं, rural banking कैसे काम करती है यह सब classroom में नहीं, सिर्फ field में सीखा जाता है. Interview panels को यह practical exposure बहुत impress करता है.

Previous Year Cut Off : Realistic Target कहाँ Set करें?

2023-24 के cut off data से अंदाज़ा लगाया जा सकता है कि competition कितना tough है:

• Uttar Pradesh (UR): 74.25 marks
• Maharashtra (UR): 71.25 marks
• West Bengal (UR): 74.50 marks
• Madhya Pradesh (UR): 77.50 marks सबसे ऊँचा cut off
• Punjab (UR): 63.50 marks
• Himachal Pradesh (UR): 63.25 marks सबसे कम cut off

100 में से 70+ marks लाना comfortable zone है. SC/ST candidates के लिए cut off generally 46-65 के बीच रहा है. OBC candidates के लिए 41-75 के बीच. इन numbers को देखकर preparation strategy plan करें यह exam आसान नहीं है, लेकिन focused preparation से clearly crackable है.

Exam Centres : अपने State में कहाँ होगा Exam?

SBI ने पूरे India में exam centres announce किए हैं. Maharashtra में Solapur भी exam centre list में शामिल है. कुछ major centres इस प्रकार हैं:

• Uttar Pradesh: Lucknow, Kanpur, Prayagraj, Agra, Varanasi, Meerut, Ghaziabad, Gorakhpur, Bareilly, Noida & Greater Noida
• Maharashtra: Mumbai/Thane/Navi Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Nashik, Solapur, Aurangabad, Kolhapur, Amravati
• Delhi NCR: Delhi और सभी NCR cities

SBI ने clearly state किया है कि exam centre change करने की request स्वीकार नहीं होगी. इसलिए application fill करते वक्त centre choice carefully करें.

Preparation Strategy – इन 4 Points पर Focus करें

Banking aspirants के लिए SBI Apprentice exam की preparation कोई अलग नहीं है यह उसी track पर है जो IBPS या SBI के किसी भी exam के लिए होती है. लेकिन कुछ specific points हैं जो इस exam में difference बनाते हैं:

1. General/Financial Awareness सबसे important है: Banking exams में यही section होता है जो merit list में ऊपर-नीचे करता है. Last 4-5 months की current affairs, RBI policies, government schemes और banking sector की latest news यह सब daily पढ़ें.
2. Quantitative Aptitude में Speed और Accuracy दोनों चाहिए: 15 minutes में 25 questions यह ratio बताता है कि हर question पर average 36 seconds ही मिलते हैं. Simplification, percentage, time and work, profit and loss इन topics पर command ज़रूरी है.
3. Negative Marking को Seriously लें: बहुत से candidates इसे ignore करते हैं और random guessing में marks गँवा देते हैं. Mock tests में भी negative marking के साथ practice करें ताकि real exam में discipline बना रहे.
4. Local Language Test की Preparation Parallel में करें: Written exam clear होने के बाद language test का pressure अलग होता है. अगर आपकी schooling उस language medium में नहीं थी, तो अभी से reading और writing practice शुरू करें.

क्या SBI Apprentice 2026 के लिए Apply करना Worth It है?

अगर आप fresh graduate हैं, banking sector में interest है और आपके पास एक साल का time है तो इस recruitment को skip करना एक बड़ी गलती होगी. ₹15,000 monthly stipend के साथ SBI जैसे institution में काम करने का exposure, आपकी resume में वह weight add करता है जो कोई coaching या certification नहीं कर सकती.

यह apprenticeship permanent job नहीं है यह सच है. लेकिन banking exams crack करने वाले हज़ारों candidates का experience यही कहता है कि SBI Apprenticeship के बाद written exams की तैयारी और interview performance दोनों में quality में फर्क साफ दिखता है.
