अगर तुम दिल्ली में रहते हो या Delhi में government job चाहते हो, और अभी तक सिर्फ 10वीं पास हो, तो DSSSB MTS Bharti 2025-26 तुम्हारे लिए एक बहुत बड़ा मौका है. Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board यानी DSSSB ने Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) के 714 पदों पर भर्ती निकाली है.

MTS यानी Multi Tasking Staff. यह Group C की government job है. Development Department, Food and Supplies, Labour Department, NCC जैसे अलग-अलग सरकारी विभागों में यह पोस्टिंग होगी. Salary ₹18,000 से शुरू होती है और ₹56,900 तक जाती है. ऊपर से DA, HRA और अन्य government benefits अलग से मिलते हैं.

Development Department में सबसे ज्यादा 231 पद हैं. यह Delhi government का एक बड़ा विभाग है जो city development और infrastructure से related काम करता है. Food and Supplies में 140 पद हैं जहां ration distribution और essential commodities से related work होता है.

Form भरते समय department preference carefully choose करो. हर department का work culture अलग होता है. जो department तुम्हारी location के पास हो उसे prefer करो.

यही इस भर्ती की सबसे बड़ी खासियत है. 10वीं level की qualification में दिल्ली government की permanent job. यह combination rare है.

MTS बनने के बाद क्या काम होगा?

यह बात बहुत कम articles में बताई जाती है लेकिन यह जानना जरूरी है.

MTS यानी Multi Tasking Staff का काम support level का होता है. अलग-अलग departments में काम अलग होता है लेकिन generally इसमें यह सब शामिल होता है:

Office में cleanliness और upkeep maintain करना. Files और documents एक department से दूसरे department तक पहुंचाना. Senior officials के लिए tea, water जैसी routine support देना. Selection Process: चयन कैसे होगा?

तीन stages में चयन होगा. तीनों complete करने होंगे.

Stage 1: Written Exam (CBT)

Stage 2: Document Verification

Written exam में merit list के basis पर candidates को document verification के लिए बुलाया जाएगा. सभी original certificates verify होंगे. कोई discrepancy निकली तो candidacy cancel हो सकती है.

Stage 3: Medical Examination

Document verification के बाद medical होगा. DSSSB के standards के अनुसार physical fitness check होगी. Medically fit होना mandatory है.

Negative Marking: DSSSB exams में generally 0.25 marks negative marking होती है. यानी 4 गलत answers एक सही answer के marks काट लेंगे. इसलिए wild guessing avoid करो.

Hindi (40 Marks)

DSSSB exam से कुछ हफ्ते पहले Admit Card official website पर upload करेगा.
